Yes to be able to get the best quality fit for your needs we strongly advise this is done, these usually last anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours depending on your needs.
The onus is with the customer, but usually you do not require planning permission, however we always advise you to check your local restrictions before we commence with installation.
Our products get 5 years on paint and parts unless by the seaside as it can have different effects for different atmospheres. You also get 5 years on electrics. Storm damage is not covered by the warranty of All Seasons Veranda products, but often, it can be resolved with your insurance company. We can help you repair storm damage to your veranda. So don’t hesitate to contact us for help.

These need to be completed by us or warranty will be void.
When cleaning your veranda, we recommend using a sponge or a soft cloth. You can easily clean the aluminium frame with water and a neutral soap. We do recommend however to clean the veranda about twice a year. In addition to the fact that your veranda looks better without dirt, it also increases the lifespan of the veranda.
The polycarbonate roofing can be cleaned in the same way, but be extra careful. Don’t forget to frequently keep the gutter free from leaves and dirt to prevent the water drain from getting clogged.
A deposit of 50% upfront is needed and 50% on completion on all items.
Because of the flexible design of the glass sliding door systems, the sliding doors can be placed underneath every veranda and adapted to most other structures.
